Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Domestic (Australia)

• Express Shipping (VIC): 1–2 Business days

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 Business days

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

We use trusted shipping carriers (such as Australia Post, DHL and FedEx) to deliver your order.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please check Junk and Spam Mailboxes or Contact Us if you have not received tracking information. ​

 

Delays and Order Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Chaos Cartel is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Chaos Cartel is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal or courier disruptions

• Customs processing delays

• Weather events or unforeseen circumstances

• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues where possible.

 

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or high-demand periods. CHAOS CARTEL is not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.
